I figure this is as good a place as any to post this opportunity... Smoothbeats needs a new site design. We've added more features than we can fit in our menus, things are just kind of added in where they [kind of] fit, and lets face it, a new look would be nice. We can't pay you anything because we don't generate any revenue, but we'll certainly give credit where credit is due, put it on your resume or in your portfolio if you like, and you'll definitely have our gratitude. It needs an area for site navigation, links to other sites, visitor poll, donation link, track history and listener stats, event calendar, news, links to tune in, and standard size banner space. Click here for a terrible looking example of how all these features might be laid out. Since a lot of the content is dynamically pulled from databases or external sources, we're looking for ideas and sketches more than a finished functional product.

So, if anyone wants to take a stab at it, drop us a line at feedback-at-smoothbeats-dot-com. If you can't figure out how to make that into a real e-mail address, you're a retard. Thanks!

As expected, we received submissions from 1 person. That's okay though, it looks pretty good and we'll probably use it or something close. Thanks to Pe from fatchen.com for the design, which you will hopefully get to see real soon when you visit Smoothbeats.com!

However if anyone else would like to take a stab at a web site design, some images, banner ads, or anything else, by all means go ahead - nothing's carved in stone. Smile

As you will see below, with my degree in demographics, i have made an ad specifically targeting young, computer using asian males, i believe it will be quite effective
