I used a pair of Technics 1200 mk2 turntables with Ortofon DJ-S carts, a Vestax PMC05ProII Mixer and a PC to record. I just hit the record button and started mixing records, and 60-70 minutes later, that's it. Afterwords I ran a normalization/compression filter over the entire recording to even out the levels a little bit, but that's it. No special software or tools, just straight mixing. _________________

The way it should be. i hate guys who mix with crap like acid pro, where it does it all for you. it has its place, but it ain't hip hop mix tape making. _________________ -Mayhem |
